Wow, I was thinking Mozart. But I guess most on FR are not as old as I am.

How old is “older” anymore? I heard 80’s music on the oldies station just the other day. :)

Thanks! They only produced one album, but we played the hell out of it. Great stuff!

I probably have all of you beat. I don’t go as far back as Rudy Vallee, but give me the oldies of the late 40s. Nice mixed music, nice voices, and I still swoon at Sinatra’s “All or Nothing at All”.

Back in the 90s at the railroad I worked for, we hopped up the shop stereo in the enginehouse... one addition was a turntable. This album got heavy airplay on many late nights doing “after hours projects”.

I listen to Hits 1 and The Pulse on sat radio. My wife likes the same music...2000’s and today's music. I can't stand 70’s music, even though it's what I grew up with. I've always thought of 70’s music as the dark ages and 80’s as the Renaissance.

I knew I was old when at the supply house I acknowledged to the counter man that Led Zeppelin was playing on their radio.
He said, “How the hell do I know that’s before my time”.

Blind Faith was first so-called Supergroup
They were good ......their original album cover would be called child porn today by the strange.... the way Houses is
I think Mr Baker drove off Eric and Steve....and Grech
Tks for remembering we ancient
Its was a good time to grow up....a true youth culture it was.....if only by sheer population bubble
And the music.....amazing really
Glad so many young folks mine it for their own pleasure
