Doggie ping.
He was just apologizing for shooting their cousins
I thought I would see a Manneken Pis.
On the side of the road was an empty police motorcycle; the officer, sitting in the grass, with two dogs.
The policeman could have simply called the two stray dogs in and left it at that. Knowing this, Davis was completely touched by his willingness to go above and beyond for the two dogs, which were later identified as having escaped from a yard the night before. Davis tells Fox4kc News:
The police officer, ever humble, did not wish to go public with his name. But the Kanas City Police Department is sure proud of him as they reposted the picture of him patiently waiting for the Humane Society to pick up the dogs.
>> I intentionally excerpted it this way...
Thanks. It’s good that you didn’t imply that he was doing it with two dogs by the side of the road. :-)
Shooting blacks with their hands up?????
Good job by him. You rarely ever hear of positive LEO stories.
Most of the time, when you read of stories involving police and dogs, the dogs are being shot.
Hey look, a story about 80% of cops you never hear.
“Debbie Davis was driving along a busy roadway in Kansas City”
Why was Debbie driving along a busy roadway in Kansas City?
Nice to see a good post regarding the cops instead of the usual and customary slime-ball MSM LE coverage.
Click on my name to see my dogs. They're all from 'the side of the road.'
Loved it. I respect and love my dog.
He’s a good cop, and he represents the vast majority of them.
One of the comments:
“Paws up, don’t leash...”
Nice story.
Yeah...I noticed. By the way you posted I thought for sure she saw a cop in a cruiser 'rubbing one out' on the side of the road.
Have I become too cynical?
The pic made me think the dogs had been hit by a car.
Very sweet and very cool. He calmed them down. The husky is napping, and the Black Shepherd seems to be getting some extra attention
