No, it’s there ‘within’ the people who adhere to Islam teaching.....it only needs to have the right elements in line with that inner man to take off and be what we are seeing In ISIS and other elements of Islam.
This is not knew....they are doing exactly as they have for thousand of years. It’s just we’re seeing it here because of technology, though it was known by our military and explorers centuries ago. But it is not new.
