Hillary was on the board of directors at Walmart. So much for it being right-wing.

“Urban Outfitters” had an entire section devoted to anti Bush, anti American toys and games etc. I wouldn’t allow my daughters to patronize the sh**hole. Why are they on the list?

I don’t know anything about Urban Outfitters except what I read on this thread, but the rest of these businesses get my business regularly now. I’m a little picky about which WalMarts I frequent, but I love Sam’s Club.

They’re just trying “Jesse Jackson”, threatening boycotts because those businesses don’t give enough to the left.

I guess they didn’t learn anything from the big Chick-Fil-A “boycott a while back, it was their biggest day ever.

You just can’t fix stupid,

“Hillary was on the board of directors at Walmart. So much for it being right-wing.”

This was a point of discussion on my MBA papers concerning Wal-Mart. Companies retain noted left-wingers as insurance against left-wing attackers. They pay up to several hundred thousand dollars per year to noted politicians, most of whom NEVER attend a meeting. They use them to call the lefties bothering them and apply pressure. If you’re running Greenpeace and Hillary calls to ask you kindly to stop harassing somebody, chances are you’ll pick another target. It’s protection money, pure and simple.

Albie, I don’t know anything about Urban outfitters, but here’s what they wrote:

Urban Outfitters has a very well known reputation for being both anti-women and anti-gay. In 2008, the company’s president and founder, Richard Haney, decided to back one of the Presidential nominees. And of all of the choices out there he felt he most aligned with the homophobic Rick Santorum. And in addition this company is also a major donor for extreme Conservative causes and candidates.

That works for me!

Works for me as well! I should’ve read the article before commenting but my impression was negative...until now.

Walmart made the list because big labor says so and if you argue with them you sleep with the fishes.

“Liberals” are never ashamed of their apparent hypocrisy.
Them being anti-Christian explains it all.

They’ll have MY business, all the ones in my neck of the woods. Haven’t ever seen a Carl’s Jr.

6. Waffle House

Waffle House is another restaurant run by extreme Conservatives who are major donors to right wing causes and candidates. As a matter of fact, 100% of all of their donations went directly to Conservatives. Waffle House’s CEO, Jim Rogers Jr., has been a big supporter of Republican causes for a very long time. In 2006 he joined the finance team for Mitt Romney’s Super PAC, Common Wealth PAC.

Huzzah!

FReepmail me or KoRn to get on or off the Waffle House Ping List.

She was also on the board of TCBY. They sold a good product, so she obviously had nothing to do with it. Lots of competition now. Little yogurt shoppes everywhere.

Cracker Barrel dropped their No Gay Waiters policy years ago. Are they still on this list?

That is Standard Operating Procedure in Democrat Politics. Michelle was on the Board of Tree House Foods in IL. The Governors spouse or Senators spouse gets a seat at the table and a cool $100K plus stock options for keeping the skids greased. How do you think Michelle Qualified for a $300K per year no show job in Chicago? Democrat State Senators in Ohio all have a spouse working for the Ohio Lottery at $65,000+ per year for 'supervisor' positions. No one ever sees them and they do no work. Hillary and Bill are crooked, Obama & Michelle are crooked, Democrats are crooked, what's new?

Didn’t Waffle House get on board with the “no guns” crowd, or is my memory faulty?
