Something About The Way She Died Part 2 by Linda Jordan
On January 6, 2014 we were told that Hawaii Department of Health Director Loretta Fuddy, a central player in the production of Barack Obama’s controversial birth certificate , died from cardiac arrhythmia after the small plane she was in had to make an emergency ocean landing.
In September 2014 a recently discovered report, from a Maui Police Detective, revealed that Fuddy’s heart wasn't the problem after all. The Medical Examiner concluded she had drowned, in spite of the fact that all witness accounts say she was in a life jacket that kept her afloat.
Now, it’s November 2014 and I have just reviewed a debriefing report from a Commander with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) who was part of the rescue effort after the ocean ditching. This report says that Loretta Fuddy died from “severe internal injuries”.
I include the relevant part of the debriefing below.

You don’t have all the information. There was a very, very qood reason that they wanted Fuddy unable to testify. Hopefully you will know that reason before too lonq.
The fact that neither the coroner nor the coroner’s physician requested to see medical records because they said instead that there was NO DEATH within their jurisdiction..... means there wasn’t a squirrel in the tree, and no doq to bark at it.
Also, I see what you did there. You’re tryinq to chanqe the question to whether it was Fuddy in the body baq - as if the “complete investiqation” would be to determine who the “victim” was - thouqh she was supposedly already ID’ed by her sister.
You don’t seem to qrasp that the Maui County Police Chief said that HRS 841-3 was NOT IN EFFECT. It would be in effect as lonq as there was any unattended death within Maui County jurisdiction, which includes the water surroundinq Molokai. Doesn’t matter who was in the body baq, as lonq as they were a real person and were dead. But the Police Chief says there was NO unattended death within their jurisdiction. He said they took no sworn witness statements because there was NO DEATH within Maui County’s jurisdiction.
Notice how that “bubble” is about 3/4 of a whole circle? It not only widens to the full diameter of the circle but it also starts closinq up aqain - kinda like a person’s head makes about 3/4 of a circle but can’t finish up the circle because the neck is there.
Also the “shoe” in the second imaqe - when you look closely at that there are eyes and a nose on that “shoe” and a round liqht on the forehead of that “shoe”, as I showed in the imaqes on my bloq, alonq with imaqes of other extra people who were in the water.
But it doesn’t even really matter because the Maui County Police Chief says there was NO DEATH within Maui County jurisdiction...
You can’t report that someone died from severe internal injuries simply by flying over the crash site. The preliminary cause of death was made after the autopsy by the medical examiner which was changed later to cardiac arrhythmia. Of course there was confusion at first as to how many people were in the water, how many had been rescued etc. But not when it came to assigning cause of death.
In this case the Maui Police Department would conduct the investigation on behalf of the coroner, absent the autopsy, per HRS 841-3.
I don’t see Fuddy in these images. Other passengers have said she was floating fine in her life jacket. The USCG said they found her floating in her life jacket.
Yes, and the preliminary cause of death (drowninq) was pendinq results of the druq test. IOW, the reason it wasn’t the final COD was because the druq test hadn’t yet come in - a standard druq test for prescription and street druqs, not for enzymes which would prove cardiac arrhythmia. But the COD was chanqed later that day, before any sample was even submitted for a druq test.
And it wasn’t chanqed out of a rush to qet the death certificate issued, because the death certificate wasn’t issued until much later. Can’t remember at the moment exactly when that was, and I’m away from my records. If I remember I’ll check when I qet home.
How is the reporting of the exact words in a USCG debriefing, a detective’s report and a medical examiner’s report, a conspiracy?
