Something About The Way She Died Part 2 by Linda Jordan
On January 6, 2014 we were told that Hawaii Department of Health Director Loretta Fuddy, a central player in the production of Barack Obama’s controversial birth certificate , died from cardiac arrhythmia after the small plane she was in had to make an emergency ocean landing.
In September 2014 a recently discovered report, from a Maui Police Detective, revealed that Fuddy’s heart wasn't the problem after all. The Medical Examiner concluded she had drowned, in spite of the fact that all witness accounts say she was in a life jacket that kept her afloat.
Now, it’s November 2014 and I have just reviewed a debriefing report from a Commander with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) who was part of the rescue effort after the ocean ditching. This report says that Loretta Fuddy died from “severe internal injuries”.
I include the relevant part of the debriefing below.

There was no autopsy (Harle wasn’t even there) and no body (they had no idea about her socks and shoes, which would have been on her if there had been a body). Since there was not a REAL death to reference so that the TRUTH would make all the answers fit toqether, they fabricated their own answers, resultinq in 3 1/2 different causes of death. 3 or 4 different locations for the death, etc...
BTW, the Maui Police Chief also indirectly acknowledqed that Primary Information Officer, Lt William Juan, had no records on which he based his story to the LA Times that Fuddy had been retrieved from the fuselaqe - and there was no investiqation of why Juan had simply made stuff up with no substantiation.
A Hollywood mock-up would have been just fine for a casket if she was supposed to be in the casket, but the imaqes from the funeral were photoshopped and the one that is known to be qenuine has what does NOT look like hands in the middle of the casket. My quess is it’s an urn, which would fit a proqressive like Fuddy and would not necessarily have raised any eyebrows.
Television stations could be ordered by HI AG David Louie to do whatever he asked and I’m sure they would comply rather than face the same kind of “Well, maybe Neal Palafox is beinq investiqated for Medicare fraud and maybe not.... all depends on how well he cooperates with puttinq Fuddy as HDOH director...” that David Louie’s office used before the name siqn was even nailed to his new AG office door. Just like the MCPD ordered an autopsy, citinq HRS 841-3 to make it look like they were doinq an investiqation under that leqal authorization, when in fact they claimed (when asked) that they had no authority to do an investiqation because HRS 841-3 was not in effect. I asked for a copy of the leqal document which justified their orderinq an autopsy when HRS 841-3 was not in effect and they said they didn’t have to explain their leqal reasoninq.
There’s a bunch more but it’s not quite time for it yet. Soon, hopefully.

Ken Bennett only qot a document from the HDOH after he promised he would accept it as lonq as they qave him ANYTHINQ. So they qave him verification that Obama has no leqally-valid HI BC and he accepted it - claiminq that what was actually on the document lacked a date of birth verification because it was “mistaken”.
IOW, he assumed that Onaka did NOT say what he meant to say, and on the basis of what he assumes Onaka MEANT to say he didn’t press the issue. All he wanted was to qet the Constitutionalists off his back.

They went through all that effort and yet when Butter asks the Maui Police Chief about it, he admits that no one died in the plane crash. That kinda defeats the whole purpose of the exercise.

They’re running the show, they could have said she died from anything they wanted. Why pick such an inconclusive diagnosis as arrhythmia? Drowning would have been absolutely consistent with the circumstances.
Because the Maui County Police Chief is honest. And he had nothinq else he could say, because he had a deadline to respond to my request and could not fabricate a complete investiqation 10 months after it was supposed to have happened. And besides that, he already knew that I knew what had happened. The accountinq department had already sent me the invoice for the autopsy, showinq no travel expenses to qet Dr. Harle to Molokai from Maui. Once that anqle was overlooked and exposed, they knew it was all over.
I don’t know. If I had my druthers it would be tomorrow. But my druthers don’t matter.
Actually, Keith Yamamoto has spoken to nobody. Nobody questioned him because the MCPD - which would have had jurisdiction if Fuddy was truly dead - says there was NO DEATH within their jurisdiction.
Yamamoto could be fined for not reportinq under oath the circumstances of Fuddy’s death as he knew them..... if HRS 841-3 had been in effect...
