Google Honors Veterans. I'm Shocked.Don't be shocked.
They're doubtless just pretending to honor vets.

The hard Left continues to have strong anti-military sentiments, but among most young and middle age rank and file liberals and Democrats, the military is not scorned but is generally admired. In contrast to the Viet Nam War, which cast the US as opposing nationalist forces, the War on Terror began with an attack on an American city in a time of peace and represents a continuing threat to the US homeland. Now, with Obama as Commander in Chief and touting his military actions in the War on Terror, there is little basis on which to engage Democratic party or liberal energies against the military.

They have a woman up front giving a salute. I’m offended by that.

The LEFT claims to be pro-peace by being anti-military, but really they’re just anti-America. The only time they complain about civilians getting killed is when an American forces make a mistake. As soon as we left Vietnam, there were no more reports of people getting killed even though the communists moved down and slaughtered over a million of them.

Their honoring the vets looks more like they are honoring the WAVs...from 1944.

There must not be any Muslim holiday on November 11th.

If you notice, beyond it is a female member of the armed forces, it is a U.S. Air Force member!!!
Happy Veterans Day, 635th Combat Support Group, RTNAF U-Tapao, (home of the BUFF), 1971 - 1974.

Who is Google?
Sorry, I quit them quite a while ago.
You are glad that they are recognizing Veterans’ Day, but I notice that the prominent figure in the graphic is a female. What actually is the number for the percentage of female veterans, I wonder.

Looks like they are honoring the women veterans with the men falling behind.

It’s still biased though.
Much as I love our female vets (I am a woman), I noticed that the Woman vet is front and center, larger than the others, and dominating the Male vets of all races, lined up behind her.
Just an observation...don’t want to make any trouble!
