Well guess we can look towards people being videotaped are having their ‘rights violated’ so the tape won’t be able to be used in court.
Of course the victim doesn’t matter, he was just where he shouldn’t have been when he as there.
Used to ‘love’ it to hear J Jackson making a statement when a Black kid was accosted in a (supposedly) White neighborhood.
The ‘cry’ would be - and is -”He has every right to be there so we must prosecute”.
When a White is accosted in a ‘Black’ neighborhood, the cry is “Well he should have known better than to be there at that hour of the day”.
While both statements are very proper, one may argue that J Jackson and company are saying WHITES are inherently smarter than Blacks and have no rights.
See it has the word “Black” and “Jungle” that be racist.
See it has the word “white” and “house” that be more racist.
But he can't be suspended or expelled until a white kid is suspended for eating a pop tart.
