In a newly surfaced video, one of Obamacare’s architects admits a “lack of transparency” helped the Obama administration and congressional Democrats pass the Affordable Care Act. The conservative group American Commitment posted Jonathan Gruber’s remarks, reportedly from an Oct. 17, 2013, event, on YouTube.
“Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage,” says the MIT economist who helped write Obamacare. “And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical for the thing to pass.”

Not really, Reid, use an administrative slight-of-hand to get the bill 'deemed to have passed'. It was never really voted on.
Obamacare was passed AGAINST the will of the people. At its passage, about 60% of the people opposed it yet the Rats rammed it down our throats.

I heard this before his show started and I was awaiting his response.
I wonder how people, who like Ron Reagan feels now, since he is a lefty, but had his healthcare taken away, knowing that at least he’s paying for someone else’s health care, and that was the plan all along.

He’s basically admitting they depend on democrats being stupider than Republicans.
If they knew it was going to be a tax, it would not have been passed. Who wants higher taxes? Oh, Judge Robert does, well, he does for us.
I wonder if Nancy Pelosi thinks it was her sacrificing her position as speaker of the house. I can’t tell how devoted she is to the cause and her loosing power was worth it that Christmas Eve.
The stupid Americans were the Democrats in Congress.
I think the electorate chose the wave in 2010 for the opposition party to Obamacare, but when it came to the 2012, the original sin of slavery could not be expiated unless they continued to vote for The Son of Africa.
