It's the middle of the night! (Or VERY early morning). Who's up at this time, and why?
Trapper are you the medical GURU genius that posts over on Curezone?
Evidently you have never owned a cat....
My white cat, Wyck, is so obedient. I say HEEL! and he stops in his tracks so I can put his leash on him. I say Get Down and he stops doing whatever he is doing. I think he is the reincarnation of Kirby, our deceased white cat.
Our cat, Stinky, will be 18 in May. She is so precious and loving, and such a lap cat.
Yep. You need less sleep as you age. I was awake briefly at 2 am (Pacific) and again at 3:45.
Bromelain and Papain, both or either is what I take for arthritic pain. Some where around 1700 mg total daily, broken up into several doses. Guess it works like meat tenderizer on scar tissue. I get it from vitamin stores (its pineapple and papaya enzymes) Now I can ride my bike five miles where before I couldn’t bend my left knee.
Got me. I have never had a cat.
And we who survived have an education you can't begin to imagine.
Misspent ?
Perhaps in time lost not telling others about Jesus, but the empirical knowledge housed up top is priceless and extremely valuable in cognizant reasoning.
Say HI to your friend for me.
Graveyard shifter.
Maayong gabii
Jet lag. Very tired of getting up at 3 am.
Woke up an hour ago from pain, read Drudge and FR. Just saw this post.
Going to make a cup of tea and crawl back to bed where it’s toasty warm.
I still pop in now and then, though not near as much as I used to.
ROFL
Well, misspent simply means that you would not want to do same now, it does not mean that it was not educational....if you survive. I did my share of marijuana and cocaine, but my youth was beaver cleaver in comparison to my friend.
Cigars and bourbon are my vices now and probably will be to my last day.
Got up at 0350 CST - early hours ingrained after 24 years of military and 15 more years working with military as DOD civilian.
Combination of catching up on paperwork and chronic insomnia.
Hubby and our cats are sound asleep. I woke up at 4am. I will continue to do this until I regain my Beloved Daylight Savings Time in the Spring! LOL
Apparently I was not up as early as everyone else. But I have an appointment to donate blood today so I am drinking coffee so it may be considered an energy drink instead.
i love early mornings because I am always the only one awake. Love precious me time.
I am up at night as i have a mother with Alzheimers disease and the disease has a change - she is awake at night sleeps during the day. If I am not up she strives to get out of the house, or turns on the oven, the stove, washing machine, dryer or she is in the refrigerator or cabinets gorging on food. well it is not time to go to bed ans sleep till 11:00AM when she gets up.
Woke up at 3:15 and decided to just get up for the day. I shot a TV spot for the Doritos Superbowl contest yesterday and it’s due tonight before midnight. Might as well jump on it. One millllllion dollars cash prize....
I often am but go back to bed between 0400 and 0500. My REM sleep is about sun up. I hate that.
I wish I was more of a Lark and less of an Owl. It just isn’t going to work out that way though. I have a friend who is 90 and he is still an Owl. His perfect day is to get up about 0730 or 0830, start working at 0900, work until about 1400, lunch, go to about 1800 or 1900, dinner, then work again until about 2100 to midnight or 0100.
