It's the middle of the night! (Or VERY early morning). Who's up at this time, and why?

Don't be fooled, I have worked harder in retirement than I ever did in the workforce. The Honey-Do jar continueth to runneth over.
Like many retirees, I sleep in shifts

Likewise.
At the point that I sleep when tired and eat when hungry.
Way back when we ‘fought’ them, who knew that a couple hour nap would be so refreshing? So, guess Mother does(did) know best after all.
Again, funny the older WE get the more sense they made and they keep getting ‘smarter’ by the day....
Now that the grandkids are leaving the ‘nest’ my daughters finally figured out I was pretty ‘smart & cool’ after all. <: <: <:

Business owner; posting photos of upcoming events to our website and writing ad copy, editing photos, etc... just like every night.
The dogs are asleep; I can finally get something done...LOL! I’ll get a “few” hours of sleep here shortly...just like I do every day/night. Like you, I figure I’ll sleep plenty when I’m dead.
Have you been this way since you were a child? I have been...read books all night with a flashlight that I hid under the bed.
I snore loudly....wife kicks my ass outta bed...I’m awake. Happens every night just as my dream of Obama being frog marched out of the Whte House....never get to see the end of it....
I’m in the Philippines and it 6:10 Sunday evening
I’m at work for the next three hours.
It’s 0313 here in northern Colorado. I have to be at work at 4 during the week, so I also wake up about this time on weekends.
Third shift, various zombies, and night owls.
Plus that thing over there but we don’t know what it is so everyone ignores it for safety reasons.
4:15 am and I have my days and nights reversed. No reason. I just like the night.

The FD never closes. Spent a nice day yesterday with wife and kids.
Wouldn’t surprise me. First basemen are noted insomniacs.
I am writing from Israel, it’s 12:19 in the afternoon...
I’m off to another county to work on refurbishing a rental so I can rent it before year’s end. I was Obama’d out of a job and haven’t had one in two years. So, I’m working on becoming a slum lord.
I’m up here in NJ. I’m up at 5 AM every day for work. On weekends, I just keep the same schedule.
I am up at 4:45 EST regardless. Body clock. Morning routine, Coffee, news, practice music, read my books, take 1/2 hour walk. Best time of the day.

Can’t sleep. Worrying about how to do everything I’m supposed to do. I know I need to get to sleep, but tonight I just can’t turn it off. Tonight? Nevermind. It’s tomorrow.
