I am up at 4:45 EST regardless. Body clock. Morning routine, Coffee, news, practice music, read my books, take 1/2 hour walk. Best time of the day.

I can see my workplace from where I live, so it’s just a short bike ride to get there. Nice and quiet, helps clear my mind.
