I would say that most of the men in NZ were raised to respect women and not treat them like objects. So it is a culture thing. Does that mean all cultures are equal? I think not.

Obviously, it has a lot to do with the manners of the people in the neighborhood. This model was much more attractive than the original model, but dressed less provocatively.
