When will Hillary declare she running for President?

The last time Hillary declared that she was running for President was on January 20, 2007. Will she toss her broom into the ring as early as she did last time if she decides to run?

Probably spring 2015. For whatever reason, everyone jumped into that 2008 race extremely early. It’d be nice if campaigns waited until the fall to announce, as it used to be, I am sick of these non-stop campaign cycles.

I don’t believe that she is running. I think she will have a grandma attack or a headache or something. I think she is just sucking up all the cash. She knows that after she says she isn’t running, her value drops real fast.
