my first thought too
n the General/Chat forum, on a thread titled Lawsuit: Man awoke from surgery in pink panties, ThunderSleeps wrote:
So he works there, had the procedure there.... Sounds like a coworker pulled a prank on him. Guy cant take a joke. Maybe that was just their way of saying there was nothing wrong, hes in the pink.
Probably a real pain un the ass to work with.
“...Och, lad, I don’t know where ye been but ye must have won first prize.”
And of course I must share the old story of Angus, the Scotsman who went out for a night of drinking. Many beers later, he staggered outside and then passed out in a park not far from the pub. Two young tourist ladies happened by an hour later and saw him snoring away. One said to the other, “Do you think it’s true what they say about Scotsmen and their kilts?”
“Let’s find out,” the other giggled. They did, and saw that the man was indeed wearing nothing at all under his kilt. As a joke, one of the girls then took off her blue hair ribbon and tied it around Angus’s cock.
He awoke in the morning with a splitting headache and a full bladder. As he reached under his kilt and prepared to relieve himself, he saw the ribbon and said, “Och, I don’t know where ye’ve been, lad, but I see ye won first prize!”
Good luck. I had my right knee totally replaced back in June and will get my left done in December.
Whatever you do, please do all the physical therapy and do more than they ask of you at home. My surgeon told me I recovered faster than any other patient he has had. It hurt like heck but I lept doing the extensions and flexions at home as well as all the other exercises they asked of me to do at home. It was worth the pain.
Oh, by the way, I didn't wake up wearing pink panties. :-)
A friend of mine did the same routine. When a co-worker went in for a knee, my friend said to tell him be sure to do the therapy no matter what. Well, he didn’t because it hurt, and now he still doesn’t walk right years later.
Partial torn meniscus, left knee. Arthroscopic surgery, October 30.
Good one, bgill. The poor patient was obviously going “commando” prior to the pink panties. I did think it was funny...especially since he was employed there and it was so obiously a prank, but evidently the patient didn’t think so, or saw a way to cash in.

Found this charming colonoscopy video on youtube.
I am not being sarcastic either.
Please do the PT. I had a couple of those years ago and they were not hard from which to recover. Just be careful about what you do after you recover. I kept up the running, military stuff, hockey, etc... and I am now 55 and have to have both knees replaced.
Is Joe selling those on line and can anyone, order more?
LOL...I’m not sure, am I on the Gynecomastia thread or the prank thread?
I don’t know....but his autograph has to worth *something.*
“Partial torn meniscus”
I have a torn MCL, left knee. I refused any treatment and I can still run on it.
Glucosomine and exercise.
