Ban travel to (and from) West Africa, with a 30-day quarantine, an exception.

Those who argue against a travel an are essentially also arguing against quarantine.
I never understand liberals. And don’t understand liberals in this case.
The liberal talking points have gone out. Liberal after liberal in the media say a travel ban won’t work.
Harry Reid said it is premature to talk of a travel ban, that the situation is not severe enough to think about that.
Obama sometimes lectures us on various subjects, and says we should do this or that “common sense” solution to problems.
Yet in this case, the liberals refuse to consider an obvious common sense action to fight the spread of Ebola in America.
Go figure.

I sincerely thought (figured, surmised) the government had put a ban on travel three months ago at the first big news of this outbreak. Boy am I stupid, but I’m just a professional in Infection Control, not a political flack.

The baraq regime did put a travel ban on Israel a while back. Priorities.
Another thought. They wrecked our health care system and then began importing diseases from Central America and now West Africa. Haiti is next.

Senegal’s example should be followed by the dolts at the CDC. They’re right on the doorstep of Ebola country with Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Guinea as their neighbors but the WHO declared them Ebola free yesterday. How is that? They sealed their borders!!!! Amnesty is dead for this year. That’s why you haven’t heard Luis Gutierrez and the Chamber of Commerce opening their pieholes lately. God forbid if Ebola runs rampant in this country, but one thing I’m hearing, at least in my circle, are people saying we need to seal our borders! That talk is starting to spread throughout the land, even among the Democrats! It’s sad it took the potential outbreak of a fatal disease to get people to realize that!
Ya, I heard about her going out of her quarantine to get food somewhere. Endangering the rest of us clearly didn’t enter her thought process.
And she’s a doctor and should know better, if you think about it. Clearly she wasn’t acting out of ignorance of the situation.

You have to remember that liberals aren’t interested in solving the problem. Their primary concern is to feel important and prove they are more gracious than anybody else.
Left wingers think the US is the problem so their hatred of the US trumps any real solution.
Democrats are power hungry crooks so any action has to enrich their cronies.
None of them plan to live by their own rules anyway. Case in point, Dr. Nancy Snyderman, who endangered hundreds of people because she had a craving for soup.
The US should have imposed a travel ban on citizens of Kenya pretending to be American citizens.
