BTW, anyone has standing to report a danger to a child. Sometimes its abused. Othertimes it can be used to save a child from ebola.

“STANDING?” You don’t need “STANDING” to file a charge with CPS. This is not a civil lawsuit or a criminal charge. Anyone who believes an adult is abusing or endangering a child has “STANDING” to file a charge with the CPS, who will then investigate. The CPS then may or may not bring charges.

My beef is that nobody who was with him, and saw what he did, thought it was a problem, yet this “concerned citizen” thinks he does.
What’s that? I don’t know who was with him? Or if anybody was with him? Then neither does Concerned Citizen Busybody.

Then you haven’t been keeping up. There are pictures of him being accompanied with other people in and out of the apt. They must all have shared the bubble and lied about what happened inside.

By the way, I'm not one to report to CPS the parent of a 3-year-old that ran out of the house naked. I do, however, believe this complaint was warranted. This judge might as well have shot his wife and kid in the head.

I just read that article and it is not accurate. Most of the cases I see have to do with the drug addicted and the mentally ill. And the agency is well aware of false calls during custody battles.

I just read that article and it is not accurate. Most of the cases I see have to do with the drug addicted and the mentally ill. And the agency is well aware of false calls during custody battles. It is entirely accurate here in San Jose, CA. Moreover, the BJS numbers make obvious that the unconstitutional powers wielded by these agencies are wholly unjustified and the number of abuses within the foster care system render it very possibly counterproductive.

Well he may be white but he was probably acting out black. Slick Willie used to do it all the time. In fact they remember him as the first black president.

Some confusion abounds regarding terminalogy. In Texas the County Administration is
called the County Court. The head is called the County Judge. The other members
are called commissioners. All are elected.
The quarantine wasn’t issued by this admistrative court.

Interesting. One of the articles/posts had identified him as the Judge that issued the order. Confusion abounds all around in the early days of most news stories. Thanks for the info.
