EXCLUSIVE: CPS Complaint Filed Against Texas Judge Over Daughter and Potential Ebola Exposure
Breitbart Texas ^ | 10/05/2014 | Bob Price

Posted on 10/05/2014 2:52:42 PM PDT by Rusty0604

Breitbart Texas has learned a complaint was filed with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, also known as CPS. The complaint was filed on Sunday morning by a concerned Dallas citizen who read about Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins going into the apartment where Ebola patient, Thomas Eric Duncan, lived while he was sick. He was in the apartment with four people who had been directly exposed by Duncan to the Ebola virus. Jenkins said, in a subsequent press conference he was going home to his wife and nine-year-old daughter after a subsequent press conference where he discussed being in the apartment again and driving the exposed family to their new home -- a forty-five minute drive. At no point did Jenkins appear to wear any protective clothing.

The concerned citizen reached out to Breitbart Texas in a phone interview and provided information about his complaint to CPS. He told Brietbart Texas he wanted to remain anonymous because he is a business owner and is concerned about retaliation. He said he felt Jenkins’ conduct was inappropriate and unnecessarily exposed his child to potential danger. “I am doing this because I am concerned about the child,” the complainant said, “and I am concerned for the children in her school who might become exposed if the virus were to spread.”

Clay Jenkins is an IDIOT liberal dem. He is certainly using all of this ‘crisis’ for his 15 minutes of fame, while endangering everyone around him.

I can’t remember exactly what the news reported yesterday, but they named several teams/groups that he was part of or in charge of such as disaster preparedness.

Oh, the irony!

...because he read the newspaper. He has no idea whatsoever what the “judge” did in the room or if he touched anything. I say even the things that the judge said about his own actions cannot be a basis for this third-party busybody lawsuit.

I am very big on “standing”, and this jackass has absolutely none. He’s like one of those ACLU plants who sues a township at Christmas because somebody (else) “might be offended”.

He went to the apartment looking for Ebola ,but couldn’t find her .Maybe he’ll pick her up later

Ehhh, she probably stood him up. He's better off without her. :-)

You forgot to add that the “concerned citizen” does indeed know something first hand. I’ll wait.

You know, with judgement like that I don't know how much longer Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins will be handing down opinions.

He might have to go to quarantine.

Bring Out Your Dead

Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.

At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

*sigh* Such is life, and death...

Well, well. Folks here said on other threads that the Judge is black. Follow the story link to see that he’s not, but you’ll have to wait for all of the Brietbart ads and tracking junk to load first.

Gotta love it.

I sure his liberal utopia that he and his ilk have foisted on us comes back to bite him and bite him hard.

And that was after visiting inside the apartment several times. The guy must have lived in lockers and wore “kick me” signs every day of his childhood.

As much as people tend to hate CPS, they take orders from on high. BTDT and that’s why I didn’t work for them long. The assigned worker, by state law, MUST make a home visit to the judge but they will probably get a phone call to squash it and that’ll be that. Being as CPS works under strict minors’ privacy, we’ll never hear if the worker went to the home or was ordered to put the case in File 13. Of course, if the child does get sick, it’ll be the lowly caseworker’s head. She better document, document, document for her own safety.

Doesn’t matter what he did. He went in without ppe. He went into a contaminated area without ppe.

He has exposed himself, endangering everyone around him.

Or it could be the lackadaisical attitude displayed by the CDC and the maniac dem operatives aren’t scared because they know something we don’t.

You’re not getting it. The judge went into the apartment knowing full well there was ebola in there. He went in several times and at no time with protective garb. Then he rides with the family, in a closed car (and I’m saying with recirculating a/c because it is 90+ degrees here) for 45 minutes to the new house, gets the family settled and drives back to his office in said car. Then he proudly announces during a presser afterward that he’s been wearing the same clothes all this time and that he’s going to wear them home to his wife and child.

Now, do you see what is horribly wrong with his actions? He has absolutely no regard for his family’s health. His political ego ranks far above the safety of his family.

OK, you’re right. The judge didn’t touch the papers the family was asked to sign, nor the pen they used even though he said he did and that he put it back in his pocket. Yeah, he lied so all’s good. And he floated above the carpet and had an invisible bubble surrounding him.
