Not sure about anyone else but I am tired of the RAT's overusing this term now - they use it because the majority of the public associate it's use with the surge that Bush implemented in Iraq so now - any Obama operation described as a surge is intended to be heard as being or about to be successful

It is Dr. Tom Frieden who is doing the bending forward and the stain on his nose is not white... it is brown and if you’d be able to look closely I bet you’d find some on his tongue since he appears to be a butt licking ass kisser.
