JUPITER —

Pro golfer Tiger Woods will open his first restaurant and sports bar at Harbourside Place in Jupiter, project officials announced today.

Woods, a resident of Jupiter Island, is the latest tenant revealed for the $150 million entertainment complex on the northwest corner of Indiantown Road and U.S. 1.

Stores will begin to open next month and continue to open through November. A grand opening is planned for December, said Nick Mastroianni II, the developer of the project

I always assumed his first restaurant would be a Perkins.

That aside, this will be a disaster - as will that entire concrete jungle nightmare thrust upon our community. Retail space at $25-$35/square foot in this economy? Good luck.
