NEW YORK — Kim Kardashian and Kanye West aren't the only ones who tied the knot this year in Italy. So did Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka.
The "How I Met Your Mother" star and his actor-chef groom were married Saturday in Italy. They'd been dating for 10 years and are parents to 3-year-old twins, Gideon and Harper. The grooms wore custom Tom Ford tuxedos and Elton John performed at the reception.

in a nation where couples may wait years for an adoptive baby, how do gays dmanage to procure (white) babies so quickly and how do they access such young adoptees that are healthy? are the babies all by surrogate or through adoption agencies?

I am proud to say that I have never watched anything he was in outside of trailers during commercial breaks. That said, I could tell he was queer from the minute I saw him, just like the lead nerd on Big Bang Theory (another show I have not seen).
Is that why he tells everyone through this commercial that he's not wearing pants?
