All companies we boycott have received a 2ACheck rating of F for their lack of respect for the rights of gun owners. Your experience with some of these companies will vary based on location, however, the boycott is based on the corporate policy toward responsible gun owners.
We believe guns in the hands of good people make everyone safer. We encourage freedom loving Americans to boycott anti-gun companies until they improve their policy. Please share this page.
We also strongly recommend everyone know the firearms laws applicable in their own state, and states they travel through. We recommend the Travelers Guide to Firearms Laws.

This is from a pro-2nd Amendment site and they have a list of companies that are anti-gun. I thought with all the push for more gun regulation that I'd share it. There's a ton of good info here (I think) and figured some FReepers might appreciate it.

AMC, Carmike, and Cinemark.
So much for going to the movies.

I’m surprised the Waffle House is on this list. There are at least 150 of them between Mississippi and Houston - we quit counting after that. We have been in several when we are traveling this area and have never seen any signs about not allowing firearms and our family members feel comfortable doing concealed carry. Would be interested to know if anyone has experienced a problem with them.

“Im surprised the Waffle House is on this list.”
Likewise with Hooters. While not having any facts, my “perception” of Hooters customer base would be pro-gun. While not a regular, I have been in a few and never noticed any “No Guns” signage. But, maybe I was focused on other things :)

I’m sure that Hooter’s customers are looking at guns. Intently.

Simple, just apply the liberal line:
“Don’t ask, Don’t tell.”
Keep ‘em guessing if Ya carry or not.

They may be cannons, but they’re charged with plastic explosives.

Cinemark is all we have and since my life is the only one I have, I just quietly carry into a movie...never a problem.

AMC, Carmike, and Cinemark. So much for going to the movies. Yep - but down in S. MS, the no guns signs went up and came down in a 6-month period after we finally actually legalized open carry. Waffle House across from the theater I go to doesn't have any signs either. The companies may have taken stances, but they probably only enforce/advertise in the more liberal areas.

Only two on the list I deal with, Goodyear and Waffle House. Now that I can no longer smoke in any Waffle House I have already quit going. I get coupons for our local Goodyear and will miss the money I save. To bad, but we must make them feel it in their pocketbook and let them know why. Send them a letter, a little backlash goes a long way when it comes to money.

Just walk up to one and observe the prominent "No guns allowed" sign plastered in plain view and unambiguously stating their policy. They have it posted on the entrance.
