Shooters Grill in Rifle, Colorado, not only allows customers and employees to carry guns in the restaurant, they go out of their way to encourage it.
According to the Post Independent, a sign on the front of the restaurant reads: "Guns are welcome on premises. Please keep all weapons holstered, unless the need arises. In such cases, judicious marksmanship is appreciated."
Guns are carried openly by waitresses and patrons alike.
The restaurant is owned by Lauren Boebert who says: "We encourage [carrying guns], and the customers love that they can come here and express their rights. This country was founded on our freedom. People can come in carrying their gun, and they can pray over their food."

LOL, good on them.
A place I want to visit. I hope CO and WA have reciprocal agreements concerning open carry.
Is it like Hooters with sidearms?
Theoretically open carry is legal in CO, except in Denver and possibly a few other liberal bastions. However, if cops see you carrying openly, “you can expect we’d want to talk to you.”
Many years ago, Exxon developed an oil play in the rocks around Rifle, Colorado. There plan was to dig up the mountainside, crush the rocks down to golf ball size, then radiate the rocks to get the oil to squeeze out.
Trouble was, after this process, the golf ball rocks became the size of soft balls and reclaiming the much bigger mountainside proved nearly impossible.
So the mountain got bigger and bigger. More from less. Got it.
An amazing story from ultra-liberal Colorado.
Hopefully they’d ask what kind of gun, caliber and accuracy and all kinds of neat stuff. I carry a Beretta Tomcat in .32 with Glaser Safeties and Hydra-shocks when I’m at home. I have a WA CWP.
I was at Hooters the other day and saw a pair of 38's.
They have great reviews on Yelp for the food and service. But have a care if you get the “Triple Fudge Almond Brownie Sundae topped with fresh raspberry sauce” for dessert, as that thing looks lethal.
It’d make interesting chatter at the Denver “Friends of the Earth” monthly meeting...
“A place I want to visit.”
I’ve visited Rifle. There is nothing much to do or see there except shoot at rocks.
It’s not the scenic Colorado one might expect.
In other words, you did not drive the JQS Trail.
Last Independence Day I participated in an open carry parade in Westcliff, CO. There were over 550 of us openly carrying. About a third of the county population participated and people from surrounding counties were there. At the head of the parade were 4 County Sheriffs.

...and you BETTER leave a good tip, pahdner.
