Poor, broke Hillary needs the money... $50 million is just chump change...

Of course, that shows fiscally irresponsible such a person would be as president

I think she has screw up big time with the “we wuz broke” thing. More ordinary people will pick up on this than what she said about poor Ben Gazi. snort//>

The most amusing part of the story is the comments under it, especially the ones trying to defend her and saying that the criticism is just “Hillary bashing.”

As you said, she’s broke and understands the other poor people’s struggles...she needs that money.

I disagree with ANYONE getting a fee or expenses to speak at a graduation. They should do it for the honor. Let those colleges split the money among the grads as a refund on their tuition for successfully completing their program.

The silver lining.....hillary has dug a hole so deep that any competent politician should be able to destroy her chances (if they want to)

Hey, give her a break.

Her life expectations are just not the same as those of ordinary people.

You wouldn’t understand.

And we get this fantastic news through a UK newspaper.

Foreign media... doing the job American media refuses to do.

WHY IN THE HELL DO WE PAY PUBLIC “SERVANTS” TAXPAYER MONEY TO SPEAK AT TAXPAYER-FUNDED UNIVERSITIES?!?!?

Supposedly, it’s to enhance the educational experience. Fine. Pay their freight (room and board)... nothing else! Damn ingrates.

"I shall remember to pay it, to myself."
- Sydney Greenstreet in Casablanca

Every University is loaded up to the gills with government money, either directly or through the giant pool of money the government throws into the student-aid kitty, allowing schools to jack up their prices and blot up the spill.

So the government is paying a lot of money to Hillary, who has never not been "the government" at some level.

Who are we to complain? It's the government's money - they confiscated it from us under threat of imprisonment, fair and square.

Oh c’mon. She needs the money!

Students should pay more for tuition and fees if their college can get the big name speakers like this!

How about some income equality. What is the average wage of Americans? Well she should get that for her speech just in deference to her principals. Give her a generous 25 bucks.
