A video uploaded online shows a woman pulled to the ground, handcuffed and placed in the back of a patrol vehicle after she asked a San Diego deputy to identify himself during a traffic stop.
The video shows San Diego Sheriff's Department deputies walking toward Bana Mouwakeh's silver Volkswagen on October 11 of last year, 10 News reported.
Mouwakeh is heard saying to Deputy Agustin Rosas Verion, 'I want your full name.' She grabs his traffic vest in order to see his ID tag.
...As I was explaining to Mouwakeh the citation, she reached out the driver's side window, grabbed my Sheriff's Department safety vest and pulled it toward her causing the velcro on the side of my vest to be un-done.'

How stupid do you have to be to put your hands on a cop?

Why are you defending this fat Liberal woman? She assaulted the officer.

The woman needs to review just how far she can screw around with police. In interactions with "official" persons, I require them to identify themselves. I will stop the transaction and require them to repeat themselves, so I can comfortably write their information down.
I'm quite sure that Officer Porkins would become perturbed with my attitude, which is QUITE reasonable.

$Post your arrest video on here as you rip off the front part off the officer’s uniform. Then go cry on Liberal ladies ample shoulder.

How stupid do you have to be to put your hands on a cop? They seem to have no trouble putting their hands on you...

Reminds me of Mike Scioscia of the Anaheim Angels. He's Italian and I've seen him "talk with his hands a lot", but when he goes out to argue with an ump, he clasps his hands behind his back so he doesn't accidentally touch them and get tossed. I know a baseball game is different than an altercation with a cop, but it's what popped into my mind. (And yes, I still call them Anaheim. I'll never call them Los Angeles.)

There’s actually an enlightening moment in the video when she self-describes her entire attitude by yelling “how dare you”? “How dare you stop ME from driving 20 miles an hour over the speed limit” is the posture she took throughout. When you get in that headspace, you do dumb stuff.

Great anecdote, and casts some light on the current topic.

Yeah, you mean it’s okay to rip off his uniform in that case.
Adios! Visit you in jail!

In my city, you just have to ask them for a business card, and they'll provide one with their information on it.

The “Soldier of the King” was a real meat head. He puts on this act the he is desensitized to his fellow human being. Notice he never responded to anything she says. It was do as I want or I will escalate this. He is playing a game that makes people comply with this robocop act devoid of two-way conversation. Robots don’t engage in conversation, you see. And, he knew that some people do not work well with that kind of role play. He has figured what buttons he needs to push to set these people off. These people serve to be his sadistic victims of abuse. Maybe it relieves the hurt he has as a child when they bullied him for being a fatty. Narcissist like him spend their day seeking out unsuspecting folk to pull this sadistic game on them. These victims fulfill his dark psychological need to bully other people. If you were to look under his mask of robotic non-emotion, you would find the face of thrill and joy from his sadistic actions that has got him off
In short, this POS needs to find another line of work before he starts killing people—or dogs—for the thrill. Perhaps a slaughterhouse cow killer would be the ticket.

I’m thinking she is one of two or three things; clinically obnoxious with an ouchy now, or, on diet pills with an ouchy, or the low bar common sense thing, now with an ouchy.
Maybe all three or any combination. ;!

Bana Mouwakeh is not an Italian name. I love Italians!
She was some Liberal that would not have been arrested but she wanted to press the issue by not supplying her docs, then doing something stupid to ensure arrest.

In my city, you just have to ask them for a business card, and they'll provide one with their information on it. You have to understand that your situation is "anecdotal".
In many other American cities, that question is an affront which requires a "wooden shampoo".

I'm not defending the treatment of this woman, OR her behavior.
However, based upon what I learned at a Citizens Police Academy course, you have to understand that police making a traffic stop are in a state of high anxiety and watchfulness. No matter how tame you and your vehicle may look, they have no idea what they may be walking into.
The safest thing to do is to keep your hands in sight, and before moving them, say what you are doing. No, it's not the kind of thing decent, honest, law-abiding citizens are accustomed to doing, but the cop is armed. Swallow your pride for the moment.
Cooperation and again, telling the cop why you are moving your hands ("My driver's license is in my wallet, in my jeans pocket.") goes a long way towards a sane ending.
Now, if the cop is crazy, you are out of luck, but your chances of being alive and undamaged are still improved.
Not all traffic stops are for violations. State police will make stops of people to pass along dire messages.

True, but if you're getting a ticket, you have the officer's info. And if it's illegible on the paperwork, the court clerk can look it up on the computer. No need to demand his information and grab his vest. If you feel "wronged" by the officer, get a lawyer and let him handle it. Sitting in a car is the wrong place to make demands.
