A video uploaded online shows a woman pulled to the ground, handcuffed and placed in the back of a patrol vehicle after she asked a San Diego deputy to identify himself during a traffic stop.
The video shows San Diego Sheriff's Department deputies walking toward Bana Mouwakeh's silver Volkswagen on October 11 of last year, 10 News reported.
Mouwakeh is heard saying to Deputy Agustin Rosas Verion, 'I want your full name.' She grabs his traffic vest in order to see his ID tag.
...As I was explaining to Mouwakeh the citation, she reached out the driver's side window, grabbed my Sheriff's Department safety vest and pulled it toward her causing the velcro on the side of my vest to be un-done.'

All the more reason to keep ones paws to ones self.
The early American Republic couldn’t FIND a woman reaching towards an officer, laying her hands on him, as if she were the one in charge of the situation, of the police on hand, and of the process itself.
But, I didn’t see the video.
She was begging to be arrested.
Good gosh. I brought an 8 pound sledge hammer up to the job site this evening at dusk, just in case.
Do you think I worry about a 150-160 pound woman sitting in a car going ape on me? I have REAL wildlife to deal with.
If these peanut gallery people want a thrill, direct them to me. I can set them up.
Already, 10 comments removed by moderator. I know we’re not close, but I wonder what the record is.
I’m on their list. ;-)
If you want a thrill, just try to tear at a cop’s vest.
Actually, my line would be: "if you're not going to kill me, you'd best cease and desist".
And then I'd stop talking.
It’s unpleasant to watch them manhandling her, but anyone who puts hands on an officer these days is opening a can of worms. You can’t just grab at an officer’s clothes. He could have assumed she was trying to grab his gun or something.
Kir, I take it back.
Maybe it was the sassy driver who was on steroids.
Bet she never pulls that move again and has learned to keep her mouth clamped shut if not wired shut now.
Besides, 69 mph in a 50 and caught with a laser is no time to take over the cop’s job. Below par common sense is in play here with sassy pants. She got spanked and will get relieved of a wad of cash from the judge.
Ok, Rambo.
I dunno. Now that there's SWARMS all over the place, where there weren't before, I guess things have changed.
BTW - you'd be surprised at how much the officer is getting compensated for the "imposition" by the "civilian".
LOL!
I’m Scots-Irish. We have an “attitude”.
See my post #72.
LOL Yeah, I've been there.
The cop was wearing a “body cam” which can be seen in this article [second down].
This woman was an obese menace who refused to give ove info and sign stuff. So they drag her fat zzz out her car and she in jail.
End of story.
The police acted just as one would expect. Why was she too stupid to know?
By gums, rude - I'll have to agree with you there.
I'm just somewhat sensitive to these issues, having run afoul of the "new training" several years ago.
The woman needs to review just how far she can screw around with police. She was in no danger of being arrested. Just give em your license, sign the paper and drive off. No problem.
She escalated the process.
Yes, this is true. It's also true that Officer Porkins was an obese menace that outweighed her by 50 pounds. And his buddy, too.
Porkins got "offended" WAY too easy. And that's all I have to say about that.
