A video uploaded online shows a woman pulled to the ground, handcuffed and placed in the back of a patrol vehicle after she asked a San Diego deputy to identify himself during a traffic stop.
The video shows San Diego Sheriff's Department deputies walking toward Bana Mouwakeh's silver Volkswagen on October 11 of last year, 10 News reported.
Mouwakeh is heard saying to Deputy Agustin Rosas Verion, 'I want your full name.' She grabs his traffic vest in order to see his ID tag.
...As I was explaining to Mouwakeh the citation, she reached out the driver's side window, grabbed my Sheriff's Department safety vest and pulled it toward her causing the velcro on the side of my vest to be un-done.'

She CAUSED HIS VEST VELCRO TO BE UNDONE!!!
KILL HER! KILL HER DOG! KILL HER KIDS AND HER PARENTS! KILL ALL HER RELATIONS, AND EVERYONE SHE KNOWS!!!
Well, at least they made her Assume the Peasant Position - face in the dirt.
Touch not the Soldiers of the King.
Because the Soldiers of the King fear your name.
bump
Well by now we know how jumpy cops can get. Might be thinking today she’s about to grab my pistol, when decades ago it might be STOP THAT, excuse me, ma’am? (And she might first say excuse me, sir, which officer ARE you? and wait for an answer.)
It’s a general loss of civil grace.
Yes there is a one size fits all answer: the Lord.
Stupid thing to do considering the current environment. She doesn't deserve what she got, but you can't touch a cop.
She could get life in a soylent factory.
I’ve getting close to the point where if someone grabs me like that (even a woman), I’ll think about going soccer hooligan. Back in the day, it wouldn’t have bothered me one bit, and I’d probably have laughed about it.
“you can’t touch a cop”
You shouldn’t be able to “touch” anyone. Cops aren’t special. How was she to know if he was a real cop if he doesn’t ID himself?
Saw an old movie yesterday with similar theme: “You will hang for laying hands on a King’s officer.”
Funny how much things change how much things remain the same. Off with their heads......
There was less worry and less suspicion.
Thanks to the trash that gets out and around (and a lot would in San Diego) everybody gets a special measure of rudeness.
If she was generally unhurt, a classy thing would be for the police office to say we’re sorry, we were being careful because we do get people that will attack officers, we hope you are ok.
Why pull over if you're not sure he's a real cop?
You absolutely have to listen to the little candy-ass faggot storm-trooping brownshirt say: "you should have thought of that before you assaulted me."
The Fascist faggot storm-trooper outweighs her by 50-75 pounds, and he gets his panties in a knot about "assault".
So why do you want to piss him off by grabbing his vest?
I was in high school when Craig Peyer killed a college student, it’s been a long time, but there were several weird instances in SD with police that would make me jumpy if pulled over there.
With that said, I’d take a picture of them before I touched them...
That didn’t work for that lady in DC did it?
Like I said... rudeness ALL around.
To get his name for several months later, when he’s stopped paying attention.
There has been case law about this that now comes down in favor of the doubtful citizen going to some reasonably nearby well lit place... but that doesn’t necessarily mean the officers will not go gonzo on you anyhow.
I'm not sure I know the one you're referring to.
