If you're a Jain, this could be important. Some of our Eco obsessed vegans might also have less to worry about.

Same with breathing air. The Vegans need to get with the program and stop using air and water.

Funny they call it “ethical”, yet it’s all according to their own contrived standards of “ethics”.
The water in plant matter could also have “animal” microbes in it. What then? Yeaaargh . . .

How about oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit, plums and other fruit whose flesh is just beneath the skin? Have you vegans ever thought about whether an orange feels any pain when it’s skin is torn off? I mean, if you wouldn’t even think about stepping on an ant or swatting flies and mosquitos, then WHY would you ever peel an orange when you don’t know?...WHY???

Fish live in water. Whenever we drink a glass of water, we are stealing from the fish. Truly ethical people refuse to drink water and have nothing to do with products that use water.

I used hand sanitizer today, killed millions. Drank some water, killed millions more. Don’t feel guilty. Guess I’m a mass-murdering psychopath.

Well, if they mix their water from scratch that will eliminate any animal matter.

Psssst; Vagans
Don’t breathe the air either, it’s full of little critters (some of which will make you sick).
Also don’t lick your fingers as there are critters on your skin that you can’t wash off. Not to mention all the creepy crawlies inside of you.

So even if you purify water by boiling it and killing the germs, you are still drinking dead animals. Where I come from, we call that "soup". If we boil; it down, to thicken'er up, we call it "stew".
I know: late to the game, but we just got home.
