Burger King is scrapping its 40-year-old Have It Your Way slogan in favor of the more personal Be Your Way. [ ]
Burger King says in a statement that the new motto is intended to remind people that they can and should live how they want anytime. Its ok(ay) to not be perfect Self-expression is most important and its our differences that make us individuals instead of robots.
It may seem odd for a fast-food company to champion individuality, but Burger King isn't the only one trying to project a hip, non-corporate attitude to gain favor with customers. Since 2012, for instance, Taco Bell has been touting its Live Más slogan, which means live more in Spanish.

(And live more in Spanish is actually «vivir más».)
“Resist we much” has a kind of a snappy ring to it... BTT
On deck for a future ad “Thats the Way (I Like It) by KC and the Sunshine Band.
I’m sure this new stupid slogan will last 40 years.
Be Your Way.
Be gay.
Whatever.
Yuk.
Why are the, ‘powers that be’ INSISTING on killing ALL of my childhood memories? LOL! (This one deserves to die!)

I’d feel safer if robots made the food!
About time...I went thru the drive-thru and asked for xtra cheese, lettuce and mayo only...I looked at the Whopper before I left and it was covered with everything....
I went in and told them what I had ordered and the little geeky mgr said, “That’s what comes on it...”
I said, “You advertise ‘Have It Your Way....I want it MY WAY!!!!”
I don’t do fast food very often, but BK lost me as a customer some years back when they started serving those funky french fries of theirs. I hate that coating on them. Yuck.
Oh no that song is on replay in my head now

^^^ Hey! Did ya notice the woman working the counter is one of those ‘lifers’ in her 30’s who can’t get a job anywhere else and DESERVES $15.00 an hour just for showing up?

Dear Burger King: Your new motto, intended to remind people that they can and should live how they want anytime." will promote a lot of acting out in your stores. Will gangbangers show up to sell drugs? Will hookers pace your aisles looking for business? I ask because in a fast food restaurant in my city, that's exactly what happens.
Its ok(ay) to not be perfect Self-expression is most important and its our differences that make us individuals instead of robots.
How crazy can you get, Burger King? What if your employees decide not to make perfect burgers, or decide that to express themselves in unrobotlike fashion they have to put chocolate syrup on the burgers and mustard in the milkshakes?
You guys are going to be really sorry about this, and your stupid ad agency too.
Burger King MGMT has gone off it’s rocker. Wasn’t “have it your way” a slogan that meant that you could order your BK food ANY WAY you want? It had nothing to do with lifestyle (and this new slogan is obviously some feel good, idiotic slogan aimed at special gay rights).
Is it just me, or has Burger King changed their burgers in recent years? To me, the seem less tasty, like drier of late.
More queer than the “Wake up with the King” commercial?
