Aaarrrghhhhhhh . . .
‘Today in school I learned that I’m pathetic, and a joke.”
Give me a break, you didnt need to go to school to learn THAT.
Bedsiders.
Neighbor caught us naked in the car, etc.
You didn’t give up on sex ...
hehe
The magic method that turns children into zombies!
“Kars-For-Kids” drove me to internet radio for good.
I now listen to Mark Levin’s commercial-free podcasts (available at no charge on his website) along with the occasional Rush/Savage on DarFM where I can skip over the commercials and the commercial-free Coast-To-Coast streams available to Coast Insiders.
At this point I cannot tolerate over-the-air talk radio. It’s literally 60% commercials, PSAs and filler.
How bout the old Ad Council’s pandering BS
“Our strength depends on our diversity”
Cars for kids
Heritage for the Blind .reminds you to be kind - yep, you beat me to it.
How insulting I mean, you interpret their little jingle, it means you donate your car to the blind, or you are not kind. Not to torture the point, but just insulting as heck!
The Brasilian PSAs they put out during Carnaval for people to use "camisinhas" or condoms. They played it on the radio all through carnaval. They annoyed you so much you almost wanted to avoid using them at all.
Apparently they made a terrible commercial for TV out of it, too. Just as bad...
It's Turkey Time...A message from the Ministério da Saúde...
Group of husky women screaming "Alarm Force!"
Woman complaining about her brat talking back.
Tires squealing for Sig Alert, although I notice
they quit that.
To top it off, there was a ‘donate cars’ scandal in Chicago that was mostly hushed up. No doubt being repeated in other locales.
And leftist PSAs should be counted as campaign contributions to Democrats.
The latest United Negro College Fund PSA where a young lady says “I’m your dividend.” I just want to say “pay for your own damned education.” Besides, she’ll probably get a worthless degree in Psych and will have to work at Starbuck’s. Actually I HATE ALL PSAs, especially the ones narrated by snotty liberal smarter than us women and light in the loafers sounding men.
I loathe Sandy and her G-_____ Sliders...
You’ve navigated threough asteroid belts, right?

The non-24 disease commercial that states “you don’t here this on the radio very often” and then they play it at the front and back end of the commercial break, or just repeat it after it has just aired.
After the age-related results have been determined, I’d say around 4.5
It’s not a PSA but those Subaru radio adds with the too hip to talk louder than a mumble actors drive me crazy.
Ok, I had to tell someone...
You pegged the one about the ‘starving kids’ ... One of the early spots with the youngster whining- “There’s enough food in this country to feed EVERYBODY!” was particularly annoying (not that it’s the kid’s fault, he’s reading off a script).
Now there are more & more celebrities joining in, telling us how kids are dying of hunger like flies. I wish these people would get it right, though do we have a child obesity problem in America, or are they NOT getting fed enough ??
followed by another idiot, "I remember the day..."
followed by a third douche, "I remember the day.." then they talk about a house collapsing and they get a humvee and get a family out.
It's the same thing as showing a combined USMC task force assault by air/sea that has boxes of "AID" on it.. like you're going to assault a position and force those sons of bitches to take the "AID" or we're going to blow your sh#t up. bwahahahaha.
So pathetically politically correct.
How about showing some of the national guard pulling patrol duty outside the wire in Iraq or Afghanistan....or better yet show some of what the National Guard had to do in Korea when they got called up.
You'll wish you had hurricane or flood duty when some mortars are incoming.
Ugggh.. end of rant. I just hear that commercial every frickin morning and afternoon.
Currently, the starving kids one irritates me. Somewhere between 14 million and 17 million, depending on which ad.
I sincerely doubt that. Any person or family can go to any state welfare/human services office and get an initial allotment of food stamps/EBT. Additonally, schools have special meals breakfasts and meals for disadvantaged.
Maybe, those ads are referring to the millions who are starving because their schools try to adhere to the new Michelle Obama diets.
