Fiat and Chrysler announced plans Saturday to build three new Jeep models in China for that market, the biggest for the vehicles outside the United States, as they attempt to boost sales in a country where they lag behind their competitors.
The automakers said they will expand their joint venture with China’s Guangzhou Automobile Group Co. Ltd., and increase the portfolio of Jeeps, which are currently imported to China.
Production is expected to start in late 2015 in Guangzhou, the companies said in a statement, adding that they are considering a Jeep model “uniquely designed for China.” …

America currently runs a 440 billion to 122 billion trade deficit with China.
That is a MASSIVE trade deficit.
Why are we exporting yet more manufacturing to China?

We all know they took the bailout money to build that factory in China.
But hey, they probably borrowed the money from China, so fair’s fair, right?
You probably won’t get a chance. the jeeps built in China will be built for the asian market, not here. But stick to your guns, nonetheless.

Got some weird stuff going on with a knee all week. Quacks X-rayed and drew blood and didn’t see anything objectionable. All week knee has been periodically stiff and painful. The brace and crutch helped as well as the horse pill anti-inflammatory stuff for a while but I am back to where I was a week ago.
Didn’t the Obama campaign the Obamamedia all call Romney a liar for saying that?

If you can’t pivot on your knee then it’s probably the ACL getting weak/small tear.
Jeep Wranglers are perhaps the hottest selling vehicle today. Even used ones go for near new model prices. This would kill off the Jeep as it has many other products.
That is one suspect I will keep in mind when I go to the quack (actually a good doctor) on Monday. I am otherwise in pretty good shape. I’d like to be able to ride around in my 65 Jeep.
It makes more sense to produce Jeeps for the Chinese in China rather than build them here and ship them there.
Now, if it turns out (doubtful) that they're building Jeeps in China for American consumption, you should really turn your ire on the American government rather than the people who are trying to make a profit.
Don’t confuse them with the facts.
