Germans are often considered to be more at one with nature than us prudish Brits.
And now residents of the country's third-largest city have been given the go ahead to strip off for all over sunbathing sessions in six designated spaces.
According to a report in TheAtlanticCities.com the six Urban Naked Zones are located in parkland, offering privacy, but also only minutes away from the busy city centre.
The 'zones' were introduced following the expiry of statewide laws controlling nude sunbathing last year.

I have no problem with this, as long as people are allowed to photograph the nudists. After all, they are in the public domain.

One of the “sunbathers” was heard singing “oh. I wish I had an Oscar Meyer wiener....”
Not really, but wouldn’t surprise me....

Everything about naked Germans you ever imagined can be found in the book Ecce Homo, by artist George Grocz.

There’s “good” naked and there’s “bad” naked.
This is “apocalyptic” bad.
Now that smartphone admits this is the right thread..

I’ve been to a park in Munich that had nudists. At the time I was young and hopeful.
It was not ‘good’ naked.
Mostly 70 year old men.

Very similar problem with all the topless beaches in Europe. Mostly size 36 long.

Just off hand this would seem to be a good Libertarian issue. It seems to me to fall into the Live and Let Live category AKA Different Strokes for Different Folks. So, since I lean heavily to the Libertarian side, I have no problem with it.
Or alternatively, we could let the Federal Government ban it and send out the storm troopers to crush the offenders.

God meant for people not to run around naked.
Which secular society should endorse as well, but can’t be depended upon since it has no focal authority outside of itself.
