Megachurch pastor John Hagee is warning his San Antonio congregation and international following of a “world-shaking event that will happen between April 2014 and October 2015.”
And, no, he's not talking about Fiesta.
Hagee, founder of the Cornerstone Church, points to “four blood moons,” a rare astronomical event of four consecutive and complete lunar eclipses, known as a tetrad, which begins April 15. The San Antonio pastor asserts the dates of the eclipses signify a major event that will change history in a book released in October, a series of sermons and a TV special airing on Tuesday, the first night of the tetrad.

3 Jewish holidays fall on a full moon every year. The odds of a full lunar eclipse falling on a Jewsih holiday are pretty high. Only one of the tetrads this cycle will even be visible from Jeusalem. Making a big deal out of this is kind of like saying, “There is something big happening, somewhere, and at sometime.”
A world-shaking event has happened to Ukrainians already.
These tetrads have historically coincided with major events concerning Israel...
Tetrad 1. Spanish banish Jews; Jews discover America
Tetrad 2. Israel re-established as a nation in 1948
Tetrad 3. Israel re-gains most of their lands in 1967 (6 day war)
Tetrad 2014-2015:
I believe will center around Israel regaining full control over Jerusalem and the temple mound. The mosque currently there will most likely be destroyed or removed.
These events will probably begin with war declared against Israel by neighboring countries (Arab nations) as prophesied in Psalm 83.
Earth shaking event will be when The Angry Fat Man puts down his fork. This guy is just selling books.

I believe that in some way, shape, or form, America will cease to exist as we know it - and it will happen soon (before 2016).
We need to heed His admonition to look up and know that our salvation is at hand.

Statements like this are a complete embarrassment to God and in fact in defiance to His teachings.
No good can become of it.
Exactly no one knows, but God does use the heavens to signal mankind.
And the Houston Chronicle is just mocking “Christians”.
God gave us the heavens to forewarn of future sacred events.

However, Jesus also warned about the scoffers. When He returns it will be too late...

Only the Father knows.
He's not going to divorce his wife and marry the younger woman in the church he had an affair with....again?
