The first PGA golf major of the year begins on Thursday morning as The Masters takes place in Augusta, Georgia. The 2014 Masters Odds for the tournament have Rory McIlrory favored to win, according to the Las Vegas Hotel, home of the SuperBook.
This year's Masters tournament will not feature the world's No. 1 player in Tiger Woods because of a back injury. Yet, the 78th edition of the most prestigious golf tournament in the world will still feature 19 past Masters champions, including defending champion Adam Scott, who is listed at 10/1 odds to win the tournament.
Rory McIlroy is listed as the favorite by oddsmakers to win this year's Masters at 8/1. He is the only player listed in single digit odds. Behind him, Scott and Day at 10/1 and Phil Mickelson and Dustin Johnson are both at 15/1 odds to win the tournament.
Below is a list of the individual holes at the Augusta National Golf Club, courtesy of Wikipedia. The tournament will play as a par 72 again this season and total 7,435 yards.

I don't see the problem
Well...he did win the 2008 US Open on a broken leg and busted knee. But it did take 91 holes to do it :-)
OK thanks. Reminds me of a prizefighter who stays on top by beating stiffs.
Playing well, and at these odds, a good bet:
GRAHAM DeLAET 50/1
Larry Mize immediately comes to mind.
I'm not certain of the precise formula, but the calculation is a running total of points from event to event, and from season to season. Tiger has accumulated enough (based on numerous wins last year) that simply being out of commission for a tournament or two doesn't automatically bump you off the podium.
Two years ago, he was leading the Masters going into Sunday's round where he shot an 80 and then tied for 16th.
I enjoyed a practice round yesterday. Most impressed with Jimmy Walker and Jordan Spieth. Dustin Johnson was also bombing it past Phil. Both of them have tender backs though.
He has to wear an all green ensemble because he's 60 to 1.
I think Rory and Spieth are popular picks, but Rory probably has a much better chance because he's playing well, and has been close before.
Personally, I'd like to see Phil win a fourth jacket, and then top it off with a US Open win.
Yes, that is a good bet at 50 to 1.
If he was in contention, he'd be in bright orange on Sunday. Then if he won and they presented him with the green jacket, he'd look like a pumpkin!
It'd be nice to see Rickie win.
And Tiger’s chip&roll at 16.
My thought is that it doesn’t happen often.
Risk takers v. slow-and-steady is the real “drama” of Augusta.
the man won 5 times last year is why he is number one...all computer accurate
Walker's got, what, three wins this year? Spieth is really a phenominal young player. Really fluid and knows how to score. I picked Ernie Els for most of the late ninety's and early 2000s but he never got past 2nd place.
I’m pulling for Rory. Saw odds somewhere else yesterday giving Rory and Adam Scott 10:1 to win, the highest in the field. So, we shall see how good the oddsmakers and the golfers are.
Don’t forget the new HD TV unwritten rule which says if the camera is on Tiger be prepared to call in any potential rule violations because he was a serial cheater on his wife.
Rory has NOT been consistent enough to be in the final group at Augusta on Sunday.
The original post (above) has Rory, Adam Scott AND Jason Day as 10-1.
Big Golf fan, eh?
Tiger is out for back surgery.
