Yeah...yeah. That’s fine, but let me ask you a question, lady bug breath, tell me why it is that organic milk lasts ten times longer before going bad in the frig compared to regular non-organic milk? Huh? Huh? Huh? :-)

My understanding is that it last longer because of a different pasteurization method, but I can’t remember the details. I buy organic milk, also.

Why would you have that, do you have a calf to feed or something? Besides, where would you get synthetic milk?

I would hazard a guess that it is because when they pasteurize commercial milk they raise the temperature too high, too fast.

Because they use Ultra High Temperature Pasteurization on the organic milk as well as foil/plastic lined opaque containers to give it a longer shelf life because it does not sell as fast.

That is also why it tastes sweeter, because the sugars are caramelized by the process.

Ten times longer? Sure. Organic milk lasts longer because producers use a different process to preserve it. That's it. It has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that it's organic. Google UHT pasteurization for an explanation. Organic is good for people who like paying more for their food. Organic does a great job of separating foolish people from their money. That's about it.
