Last week, high school senior Kwasi Enin found out he had been accepted to every college he applied to — including all eight Ivy League schools.
How did Enin pull off this impressive feat? The Long Island student scored a 2250 on his SAT, had taken 11 AP courses, and was in the top 2% of his graduating class, but that doesn't necessarily show him fully as an applicant. The answer could be in his college application essay, which The New York Post published today.

Young Kwasi Enin has discovered that which has taken us many more years to discover and that which the libtard drum beating and squawking rap crowd will choose never to discover: great music required great talent to perform and above average intelligence to even appreciate.
I’m extremely underwhelmed.
But in order to preserve “diversity” the school that admits him will also have to admit an illiterate talentless idiot...any rap artist should suffice.
Universities are so desperate to have minorities (i.e., Negros) that they almost come to blows to get one that is "clean and doesn't speak with a negro dialect."
I would not be causing orgasms at Ivy League schools if I had scored a 1250 on my SATs.
So the schools accepted him; that’s impressive. But the more important question is this: How much are any of them offering him in SCHOLARSHIP money. Being accepted into an elite school — with its outrageoulsy overpriced cost of attendance — only means he can look forward to a lifetime of paying off hundreds of thousands of dollars of student loans unless they are also extending a whole lot of financial aid.

No “but”, the academic record is the reason.
Nothing More. Change the name to "John/Jane Smith" and it turns into a crapshoot.
I think the name got him in, not the essay

in the first para the kid says he opted to select the course, in the summary he said he turned down the course

For those who think this is a diversity admission, he got 2250 on his SATs. That means he is incredibly smart. This isn’t some idiot who got in solely because of his race or ethnic background.
I read this in the local newspaper. Any high school kid that uses solace in an essay has it. His parents are from Ghana and they remind him every day that he’s lucky to be in the U.S.A.
I used to be on a committee that chose students to admit to our graduate program. We were always on the lookout for minority applicants with good scores, because we knew we’d get in trouble if we didn’t admit a certain number of minorities, and we really didn’t want to admit people who were way below average.
He has two things going for him. Good SAT scores, and his name, Kwasi.
That isn’t actually a high enough SAT score to guarantee a white male admission to an Ivy league school, but put it together with the race card, and he’s a shoe-in.
He must be self taught, schools couldn’t teach that. However from what I’ve heard he has some very gifted relatives.
