I printed like that in kindergarten.....but my cursive sucked.

I’d agree. It’s fake, but funny. (An advanced level of drawing perspective for a 1st Grader and the writing is too even.)
You obviously know now, but did you understood the meaning of an ellipsis ... in kindergarden?
I’d put my money on fake too. The positions of arms, the different hair on the men, etc. It is primitive but has some odd details that take an awareness of those details a kindergartener would not have, nonetheless.
Seems like I first saw this five or six years ago. Not new. And prolly fake.

She sells shovels at Home Depot...I think it’s legit...but in any case, it’s a VERY cute and funny.
Mommy is an HVAC contractor installing a new fluepipe on those nice men’s boiler. The nice men pay her in dollar bills.
One might be surprised. Our 2nd grade grandson just took a test. Two of the questions: What are the three states of matter? What do you call the space that matter occupies? I saw the test and he got both of them correct. This public school is in a well to do neighborhood in Northern Virginia.
In fact, my Grandson who is in Kindergarten (6 yrs old) writes like this, but he draws people that are not stick figures.

How many 1st graders use ellipsis for a dramatic pause before a punchline? It just seems a bit too perfect.
I’d say fake, too cuz bills do not have dollar signs on them.
If her mom was a Democrat Senator it wouldn’t be that different a picture.
