Try doing it without a mouse. Do it with a touch pad which is exceedingly more difficult.

Of course, I right clicked on my mouse (over the red box)...which started the clock AND froze the action.

13.1 on the first try. When I did this for the USAF prior to pilot training, they put us inside cubicles for hours doing tests similar to this. I guess I passed.
Then, I failed out of flight school. :(
