Remember that video of the plane crash in Hawaii after which Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy "died"?
You need to take a closer look.

How silly. You should post for us the image showing the soles of her black shoes. The shoes someone found imaged on the Internet have a rim around the bottom of the sole. Did you see those? Your other ‘what is that’ can easily be a bare foot of another passenger, or even Fuddy’s right foot without a shoe. If Fuddy was ‘offed’ in the water, the better bet would be one of the other passengers, like the one who was in such good shape as to swim ashor in current where Fuddy ‘drifted’ 200 plus away from the other passengers. There is no diver showing in the photos.

Fuddy is in a whitish blouse with some sort of reddish stripping, as shown seated in the plane to the left of the aisle. She has on black pants to the ankle. One row back on the right of the aisle is someone in a whitish shirt. Don’t feed the conspiraghosts. When the yellow ‘thng’ is enlarged, it is a shoe sole. When the ‘black head of the diver’ is enlarged it is someone’s knee, and the supposed ‘right shoulder of the diver’ is actually a temporarily air inflated pant leg probably caused by a kicking action of the legs of whomever is wearing the yellow rimmed sole sneakers laid back in the water.
You know, I love a good story, however I think you are correct, it appears to be a shoe and pant leg, as a former search & recovery diver for the FD I have an idea what to look for as far as diving gear goes.
While it appears to be a shoe and pant leg it doesn’t mean she wasn’t offed in some manner.

(he also got some under water footage of frogman drowning her, but edited it out, cuz of the G rating for 6 o’clock news....I’m sure you can find those edit breaks!). So now here’s the puzzler. Why was the BC such an obvious fraud? We all know “they” could produce a bullet proof fake doc of any kind. Was this Fuddy’s way of trying to get the truth out? Do “they” want to create extraordinary racial tension, to foment rioting - plot twist. If we ever get to the bottom of Zero’s origins, it will be a shocker - even for those of us who are expecting to be shocked.
I took two screen shots. The camera was above water showing the two holding onto the wing. The camera then abruptly dipped below the surface still looking at the two people holding onto the wing. You can play the video and see it for yourself.

Aha, you are farther west even than myself, lol. Glad your party went off nicely.
I looked at this for a long time.
Look at picture #5. It is someone to the right of Fuddy, who is lying on their back with their right foot kicking up out of the water in front of Fuddy. You can see that person’s eyebrows just above the flotation vest.
The key to this is the black line on the left side of the flotation device on the person on the right side of the still. You are looking at the underside of the front of the flotation device because the person is on their back, and that right black line is the left-side breathing tube that inflates the life vest. Therefore, what you see is that person’s right leg and foot.
I think Fred Nerks was saying that that lying down person IS Fuddy. That the person you are calling Fuddy above is actually Yamamoto. The face we all see in every shot is Yamamoto not Fuddy.
I now see the inflating tube you are talking about. And Fuddy’s eyebrows! Finally. Finally I see Fuddy for the first time thanks to your explanation.
Look at the picture before it. The heads are right there. You tell me who they are. I see a woman on the left, white socks under water, I see a man on the right. Big left arm under water.
