Liza Dye is a living advertisement for why you shouldn’t walk while engrossed in something on your cell phone, especially before getting on the subway: The 25-year-old New York resident recently learned the hard way that technology can be hazardous to your health.
Dye fell onto the tracks in front of an oncoming subway train at New York’s Broadway-Lafayette Station, while engrossed with her phone on Thursday. The oncoming B train stopped short, but not before rolling right over the South Carolina native, who is lucky to be alive. …

The 25-year-old New York resident recently learned the hard way that technology can be hazardous to your health. Which technology? The cell phone or the subway train? Sounds to me like her problem isn't the phone. Her problem is her choice of transportation.

There was also the Blondie comic where Dagwood is in the pet store looking at (i think) the mexican jumping lizard of xxxx. Jumps 100 ft into the surf says the store manager. Dagwood: how often do they do that. Manager; only once.

Not through these actions. The rules include capability of sound judgment, others must not be killed or sterilized, and the cause of demise (or sterilization) must be very uncommon (getting struck by a train or road vehicle is a disqualification).
