This Bulldog, Hammie, took an unbelievably adorable liking to his newfound four-legged-feline family. Hammies owner, Michelle Parden, of Lincoln, Neb., temporarily adopted the kittens mother, an almost full-term stray named Mommy, as an urgent favor to her friend, the director of Voice for Companion Animals, a nonprofit that helps low-income families provide for their pets. She was in rough shape so we took her in, and a week later she had the kittens on Halloween, Parden told GoodMorningAmerica.com. So we named them all Halloween-themed names. From the moment the kittens, festively named Pumpkin, Goblin, Frankenstein, Batman, Zombie and Elvia, were born, Hammie was head-over-heels. It was just the cutest thing, said Parden. I couldnt believe he loved them so much. He was so motherly and gentle with them. The kittens and Mommy have now all been adopted into new homes, but not to worry, Parden and Hammie remain in close contact with each of them and are working on arranging future playdates.

Thanks for posting. These little guys are cuties, and demonstrate interspecies harmaony without needing government subsidies or top-down madness.

Got me a pretty mama, got me a bulldog, too - my pretty mama don't love me, but my bulldog do.

Interestingly, this is more common than one would believe. In our neighborhood, there's a peculiar-looking pig which has opted to live with his neighbor's horses. The horses and the neighbor's numerous dogs tried to drive the pig away. Nothing worked. They all gave up and accepted the pig.
Another neighbor has lots of farm animals but the most notable are a horse and a donkey who have a very tight bond. They walk side-by-side together and wrap their necks around each other. It's the cutest thing!

My sister has an English Bulldog. I’ve seen rocks smarter than him. He drools so much he would have probably drowned them

Thank you. I have had the same experience with the English Bulldogs I have known. Some people choose pets like themselves. I never have been able to discern this, you may.

Some people choose pets like themselves Yeah. My sister only drools a little. But we're both senior citizens in training, so I fear the worst

Yeah, I was kind of worried that he was taste-testing in one of the slides, but he has proven to be a better man than I (or something).
