Coming across a new flavor of Spam is like finding hidden treasure! Will be heard to beat the Hot n Spicy Spam, but I am looking forward to trying it out.

Anyone know the shelf life of Spam? Seriously considering it for an emergency “food” store.

I love SPAM.
I was watching a Korean show where they had a cooking contest and one girl made a fried rice and kimchi thing with SPAM
heh
I bet it was good.

The annual Spam Jam festival was held outside my hotel as I was on a business trip in Oahu last year.
I love the stuff.
They need to make a Sriracha Spam.

Per their website, they used to say the shelf life was “indefinite”. They have changed that, and my guess is because of lawyers, or who knows, maybe obozo.
But to me, it basically lasts forever.

I bought turkey spam but couldn’t convince my hubby to try it. How should it be served? Fried? Raw?
