KEYWORDS: 1001rabbittales; 1982; bugsbunny; cartoon; comedy; daffyduck; goldimouse; hasanchop; merriemelodies; mfasa; sylvester; sylvesterjr; tweety; wb
Today's feature includes footage from such Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies animated classics as "Tweety and the Beanstalk", "Ali Baby Bunny"(Hasan chop!) "Red Riding Hoodwinked" and "Goldimouse and the 3 Cats". Good G-rated fun for both children and adults alike. I particularly like Bugs' line for what happened to Goldilocks/Goldimouse: "She serving time in Tehachapi for breaking in and entering."

I remember Yosemite Sam saying “Hassan Chop!” in this movie.

(The Ender's Game movie was a stupendous, colossal, galactic failure to me.)

You’re welcome. We’re going thru such depressing times in our nation right now I find classic Bugs Bunny and company cartoons provide some well-needed relief and escape from that.

I remember watching that as a kid, then watching that with my niece a couple of years ago.

Ya. Not quite PC by today's standards, too.
But nothing bets the whole Loony Toons (original).

I just loved these movies when I was a kid.
That was around the time when you went to the movies they would also show WB cartoons before the movie started.
I wish they still did that.

Agreed. I was 5-6 years old in ‘82...much better times.

I totally remember begging for my parents to rent me this movie back in 84 just on that cover photo alone. I loved this and the Fantasy Island themed movie they did as well, even though they were mostly just recycled WB shorts that happen to fit with the theme of the movie.
