I see what you’re talking about. Maybe, maybe not. I sure as hell wouldn’t stand in front of a charging tank. That much mass at that speed could very easily just come unstuck from the pavement and...splat!

The people are slightly out of focus at one point, while the tank is perfectly in focus. They are in two different focal planes. The people were shot in front of a blue screen and pasted over the other scene.
