A racially charged shooting incident in North Carolina with eerie parallels to the Trayvon Martin drama has ended in the same way with a jury refusing to hand state authorities the politically pressured charges they sought against the shooter.
In a decision angering the NAACP and other civil-rights activists clamoring for justice, a Charlotte grand jury has declined to indict Charlotte Police Officer Randall Kerrick for voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of a 24-year-old black man who refused to obey orders to stop after police responded to a robbery call.

holder to investigate in 3,2,1.............
This guy was trying to kick a woman’s door down and then advanced on police while they told him to get down several times.
I’m guessing he was on some kind of drugs.
I presume the cop(s) did not suffer a beating before the firearm was discharged.
“Hmm, perhaps the fine, upstanding yute who I’m sure had just gotten his life together and was beginning a promising career as a rap artist should have watched this before venturing out that evening: “
By all accounts, the guy who was killed WAS a fine young man - a college graduate, gainfully employed, and engaged to be married. Have you seen any information to the contrary? If not, then cool it with the “yute” nonsense.
But he really looks innocent in his “valedectorian” (sp) robes does he not? Couldn’t the conjure up some pics of him serving as an altar boy? Helping old ladies across the street, saving drowning puppies, rescuing kittens from trees, plating food at a homeless shelter? Nothing?
“This guy was trying to kick a womans door down and then advanced on police while they told him to get down several times.
Im guessing he was on some kind of drugs.”
Toxicology report said he had no drugs in his body.
The guy had just beeen in a serious car accident. I’m guessing head injury.
Ooo, I remember when this one broke. Lots of calls for the out-of-control badge-thug to be punished.
In this one, there are no clear winners. While I’m happy to see the NAALCP get their noses slapped for throwing the race card again, I’m also disturbed to see such a blatant display of government thuggery get a pass.
“Hmmmm. Similarities? Not really.”
Similarity as seen by the media. They want 24/7 coverage, a huge racially charged scandal, increased viewership, plenty of racial chaos. From their perspective, that is the similarity. It’s about viewership, selling space and generating controversy. But that won’t happen without a professional race baiter, as the Martin family lawyer hired.
Chris Rock actually points out a serious problem but I’m not sure even he recognizes it.
We’ve got 3 generations who have been deliberately miseducated by the left. They believe they have rights they don’t have. Believe they don’t have rights they do have. Its always best to run from police even if you’re doing nothing wrong. All conservatives are racist. The left has trained separatism and victimhood into them.
All of that miseducation drives them to do exactly the wrong things that run counter to traditional American society.
>>By all accounts, the guy who was killed WAS a fine young man - a college graduate, gainfully employed, and engaged to be married.
All true except the college graduate part. He dropped out of college around his junior year.
It is sad that it happened, but it seems like he was drunk and on drugs and rushed a cop.
>>Toxicology report said he had no drugs in his body.
Toxicology wasn’t released.
Y’All might want to read these before passing judgment based on a WND article with “unknown” Author.

Best two out of three?
There are many, many questionable police shootings.
I generally hold them to the standard of whether or not an average Joe Blow would have be considered by the DA to have been justified in taking the same action.
It is hard to find anything questionable in this shooting, presuming the facts as laid out by WND are true.
And what sort of organization would torture an acronym into THUG? That tells you a lot right there.
No. Don't do that, don't do that. If you shoot Ferrell you'll just make him mad.
the problem is that the current occupancy in the white hut has so poisoned, set back race relations that it’ll be impossible to improve things for many, many years
