All true except the college graduate part. He dropped out of college around his junior year.

Seems you’re right about the college part. I had quickly read an article talking about him playing college football, and about how his fiance is a graduate student, and I guess assumed he had graduated.
The toxicology report was released back in November. He had some alcohol in his system, but below the legal limit (it was .06, I believe). Caffeine, nicotene, but no other drugs.
