Because She has a tendency to cut Herself with sharp knives, I gave Her one of the stainless steel chain mail gloves that restaurant supply companies sell. That would also work for a mandoline, I suppose.

Thanks for that tip. My wife should not be allowed to play with sharp objects, or mandolines.
