Maybe one for me too. I have a saw that will cut off digits. I never use it when I’m alone, just in case.

The only time I ever used them is when dealing with fresh fish. Veggies are much less likely to flop around or try to get away. ;)

I've spent so many thousands of hours with a razor sharp knife in my hand that if I ever do have an accident, it will be ER or morgue time.
