Game between Broncos and the mis-named Patriots, from leftist Boston, is about to start. Living in Colorado I will be rooting for Manning against reported liberal Brady. Just knowing that John F'n Kerry will be rooting for his "Patriots" makes me want the Broncos to win even more. Who are other FReeper football fans rooting for?

I’m not a football fan, but for what it’s worth, one of my sons who works in Boston gave me a model dwarf for Christmas, all dressed up in warm clothes, bushy beard, with a patriot helmet in one hand and a snow shovel in the other.

Can't speak for Eli, but Peyton Manning in his time in Indy was as stand-up of a guy as you could ask for. I'm not a Colts fan, and despise the Irsays, but cheer for PM. And he donates to Republicans, which makes him a tiny minority among NFL players, coaches, and executives.
