You ask a serious question. And while I know the answer to “How to Catch a Polar Bear”; I do not know how to catch an Equator Bear.

When everything is equilibrium with the average global temperature;
species no longer become extinct,
the oceans no longer rise,
polar ice no longer recedes,
is that the victory point of climate change action; is climate regulation no longer necessary?

If yes, tell me what that temperature is.

There is actually, a bear species that lives along the equator, in Ecuador, and in several other South American countries. It is called the Speckled Bear or the Andean Bear:
